I found a bunch of old pictures last night that I didn't even realize were still on my computer, from my old camera. It made me so happy and sad. They were mostly of Turd and I, and Regan and I. (Regan was my doggy.)

Anyhow, here is one of Turd sitting on my shoulder,
and I'm pretty sure I never posted it. :)

I miss my friend. Still every single day.

She seems to have gotten a winter coat this year. She's a total fuzz butt! Even more so now than
when this picture was taken about a week ago. It's ridiculously cute and I pretty much squeal
every time I look at her. BUT.. now I am constantly having to wash her tooshy off or else
she'll get pee and poo clumped in her fur. Not so cute, but still pretty funny. :-x

Little Star passed away earlier today. I've lost so many pets in the last year, that I just don't know what to say any more. I am going to miss her funny little face, and her funny little attitude. I'm really sad that I don't have any new photos to post of her. I haven't had much opportunity to take pictures of my girls lately, because I don't have a camera at the moment. So, I will post some of my favorites of her.

Aw, aren't her colors so pretty?

This was just before she jumped back on me. I always think it's really sweet
when my ratties trust me so much that whenever they are out of their cage,
they don't feel safe unless I'm holding them. None of my girls are particularly
affectionate with me, but they are all trusting like that.

Wonder and Star

Remember the little problem I was having with Star being an absolute beast from hell every time Wonder got near her? Well, apparently Star is just not fond of babies, because now that Wonder is much bigger, they are the best of friends. They always sleep cuddled up and are constantly grooming each other and eating together. And Star never lets ANYONE near her when she's eating. I've actually seen them sharing their veggies. It's so cute. :)

I love her dopey face. I know it's a dumbo trademark and they pretty much all
have the dopey look, but it never gets old. It always makes me pee a little. :D

She's seriously SO big now. My friend Audrey was over this past Friday,
and she couldn't believe how big she was. Audrey was with me when I got

I found this picture next to "Ridiculously Cute" in the dictionary.

Every time I take pictures of Wonder, I have that silly theme song from The Greatest American Hero running through my head. You know the one? I'm pretty sure this little girl can fly if she really put her mind to it. Kinda like those freaky squirrels that actually kind of scare me... only cuter. And smaller. And less likely to land on my head and wage war on my brain through my ear.
I told you they scare me. :\

Anyhow!

I managed to take a few shots of Star all snuggled up during nap time. Normally the instant I
approach the cage she's on full human alert, fixing me with a menacing take-that-picture-and-die gaze. :D
